Financial Sector Development Fund A note on eligibility for Financial Sector Development Fund. ACI Singapore courses are Financial Training Scheme (FTS) funded. FTS is a training incentive scheme designed to encourage the development of financial sector expertise by providing financial support for programmes which aim to enhance the skills and capabilities of the Singapore financial sector workforce.
The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) administers grants to financial sector organisations that sponsor eligible participants to training programmes that meet qualifying criteria. For enquiries, please contact the MAS at 6229-9396 or via email at fsdf@mas.gov.sg
